Dynamic Controls has expanded its range of speciality control solutions with the release of a proximity head array and high end display remotes based on the successful Adaptive Switch Laboratories (ASL) range of speciality controls. In association with ASL, Dynamic Controls are making these products available in Europe exclusively with our DX and DX2 control system.

This type of control has been highly successful for individuals with developmental disabilities such as moderate to severe Cerebral Palsy. In addition it can assist with degenerative disabilities that result in diminishing strength over time. Speciality controls can be a good solution for those unable to use mechanical head arrays due to a lack of head control and neck strength.

Speciality controls can help children by allowing them to experience mobility. This will assist in the development of their communication skills through interaction and learning, and will allow them to develop spatial awareness, initiate interaction and reduce onset of fatigue.

Proximity Head Array

Proximity Head Array

The launch is based around the Proximity Head Array. This alternative driver control uses proximity sensors inside a headrest to control the chair.

High End Display Remotes

Our existing high-end display remotes - the DX-REMG91 and G91S - are specifically designed for use with speciality controls and are the ideal match with the Proximity Head Array.
